I wrote a review to complain about my car about 2 months ago. Bill read my review and called me back to follow up what's wrong with my car. He was very patient and test drove my car with me. He then was able to fix my car and I left with a happy smile. I just didn't expect that he would call me back after he read my review. I'd like to thank him for his professionalism and also being so responsible for his customers! more

The guys at Havertown Automotive are super friendly and knowledgable. I wouldn't hesitate twice to bring my car there. Forget about taking your car to PepBoys or Sears. They'll more than likely not find the problem and charge you more for unnecessary repairs. I'll be taking my car here from now on. more

Havertown Automotive Keeps Older Cars Running LIke New! 12/14/2013

Havertowm Automotive repaired several major issues I was having with my 2000 Camry. Bill diagnosed all the problems and now my 13.5 year old car runs like new. The work was done promptly and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended!! more

Oil Change/Fluid check 11/8/2013

Excellent Customer Service Orientation for recent Oil Change/Fuel Check. I work long hours and Havertown Auto fit me into their schedule, really took care of getting the maintenance completed timely and even went out of their way to drop my vehicle off at work allowing me to pay via Credit Card!!!!! Like a place that does what they say that they're going to do, and do it well. When problems not discussed are encountered, you're promptly notified and told of the price difference and if it is necessary or not. I trust their judgement. Will come back. more

Called in without an appointment to have my motorcycle inspected, staff where more than willing to accommodate me , only had to wait a very short time .Fourth time to have bike inspected here ,will continue to come here for fast friendly professional service. more
