Can't wait for my next appointment 8/4/2009

From the moment you walk into Haute Heads you are greeting by either Kathy's or Carol's smiling face asking you how you're doing, if you'd like anything to drink and escorting you to the changing room to put on your smock. The atmosphere at Haute Heads is friendly, classy and warm. I have been using Bonnie for the last 4 years as my stylist and she is wonderful. She listens to all my needs and wants, offers her advice and opinion and delivers every time. I always enjoy my experience at Haute Heads. Thanks to everyone! Pros: Atmosphere & Bonnie more

A Wonderful Salon and Stylist (Bonnie)! 7/31/2009

I travel a lot for work and I don’t want crazy hairstyles just because it is the trend. I like a classy look but yet simple to style because I don’t like to take hours to do my hair. I like quick and easy. Bonnie listened to that request and gave me a hair style that I can easily do while traveling but yet look classy and wonderful. While sitting in her chair I can listen to the other stylist educate the customers and I can ask other hairstylist questions about something I heard and they are eager to share their knowledge with me it is such a refreshing change! I often get bored with my style and want to do something different but yet keep it classy and simple and Bonnie always come thru for me and delivers exactly what I want. I love this salon, Bonnie and the entire staff; it is like going to see my family and friends when I visit. It was one trip that I look forward to doing. Pros: You can relax and learn something new Cons: NONE!!! more

I have been a client of Pierce for at least 15 years, and have always been pleased with his work! My naturally curly hair can be quite challenging; however, Pierce recommends styles that work well and are easy to manage. Pierce is certainly very talented, as well as very skilled. I feel fortunate to be one of his many clients! The staff of Haute Heads is always very pleasant and professional. Many thanks to Kathy, Carole, and Joe! (Joe is definitely the best shampoo person anywhere!) The salon is always decorated in festive and creative ways for the various holidays! The "special" Christmas tree is worth the trip to Suwanee! I have been with Andria for years and besides great color and cut she is always on time- something of great importance to me. If a preceeding customer comes late she will call me so that I don't spend unnecessary time waiting. Pros: professionalism, personality and quality Cons: a little pricy more

It is rare that I go online to rave about anything so this place must be good! It is so nice to find a salon where the people take the time to get to know you and talk about what you are looking for. Kathy and Carol are always so welcoming! Pierce found the perfect color for me and gave me a cut that works with what I need. He took his time with me even though it was the end of the day. Joe's strong fingers are fabulous through the shampoo! Jestin, the owner, is still on the floor, cutting and coloring and checking in with everyone. You can tell the people who work at Haute Heads love what they are doing and have a great time together - you can't help but get caught up in their fun! They are worth the drive from anywhere! I can't recommend them enough! Pros: A classy, yet fun place with a wonderful staff! Cons: None! more
