I had another company come out to safety check all my equipment they charged nearly $500 and said everything was safe and fine. Later that night my carbon monoxide detector started screaming. We all left with headaches. Hatlen came out and found a blocked flue and a bad heat exchanger. Thanks for being so thorough and diligent. I won't be calling anyone else ever. more

Your Employees arrived on time, they introduced themselves and conducted themselves in a very professional manner. I was amazed at how fast they finished the job without taking a break, everything was cleaned up in a professional manner, you should be proud of your team. I would recommend them to everybody!. more

I``m very happy with my new Trane XL15i system. I don`t hear my new system running when it is on. The first time I used my Trane system it cooled the house down in minutes. The old system took alot longer to cool the house. more

We have a service agreement with Hatlen Heating & Cooling, They do the greatest job on their maintenance. Their Tech`s pull everything apart and clean it. Also, they make sure my permanent filter is always clean. My husband and I are extremely impressed with the work they do and even when we had a new Tech Sam it was the same great work. more
