Used to be great . . . yikes!! Not any more! They do NOT stand behind their work, are NOT timely, and they do very shoddy repairs. My daughter even had her stereo stolen from her car while she was having work done there. Needless to say, we all take our business elsewhere now. YOU'LL BE WELL SERVED TO TAKE YOUR REPAIRS ELSEWHERE too!! more

I was very surprised to see two disparaging comments about Hatch's Auto Repair service. My wife and I have had several dozen repairs (both major and minor) on seven different cars over a 10-year time frame. We've never had a complaint that wasn't immediately corrected. They've often accommodated a small repair, such as a bumped mirror or dragging air-dam, for no charge. We highly recommend them to all our friends. more

I took my car there to have them figure out what was wrong with it. They said they would call me the next day, they never did. So I went in the day after they were supposed to call and they told me it was gonna cost me 990 dollars to fix my transmission. When I got it back it ran great for a day. Took it in again the next day again it took them two days to get it back to me. After two weeks of this they tell me the reason my car is shot is because the radiator is broken. I ask if we had fixed this before you made me fix the trasmission would that have worked they said yes. SO now I am out 1,500 dollars. I hate them so much. Don't go there if you want to keep your car safe they butcher it so you have to keep coming back to pay them more money. more

I would recommend Hatch Auto to all my family and friends! They are very friendly and most of all HONEST! They fixed my car for over half the price that other auto shops quoted me. Simply an amazing business n great owners! Thank you Hatch Auto for staying true to your word! more

Had brakes done - NOT DONE - 3 trips into shop and each time new problem - they say they turned rotors, replaced hoses - after third trip out and 700.00 later the car failed safety inspection (BRAKES) were not installed correctly - 4 mechanics gave opinion hoses were not replaced and rotors had not been turned. Having problems with them still and will seek another shop that has professional mechanics more

Been using Hatch auto for years. I even know the Hatch brothers personally. How ever I have been with out my truck for over a month and it is still not fixed now they are telling me they are not sure what the problem is. more

Been using these folks for years for repair jobs both large and small. They have always done a quality job and charged what seemed to be a fair price. more

Straight up best shop i have ever delt with. period. got my car done in 4 days where everywhere else said they would have it for two weeks! want something done right, and done fast go to hatch. more

I took my car to Hatch around New Years for brakes. A WEEK and $450 later, I get my car back. 1 week later I took my car to be inspected where I was told it needed new brakes. Intteresting...I jsut got new brakes. Turns out Hatch charged me for the brakes but never did the work. They did the front, not the rear, but charged me (way too much) for both. Also they told me I needed a new bearing. I am very doubtful it needed to be done. more

I love this car repair shop because of the honesty of the owners. It is a great deal. I have had major repairs done here and they have cost less than half of what the dealerships have quoted me. Plus they do a great job. I have had 3 major things fixed and have never again had a problem. It is not very easy to find or well decorated or really somewhere you would want to stay with kids to wait until your car was done, but it is a great place for those major repairs. I would recomend it to all my friends for major repair work. more
