I was immediately relieved when Jeff Samms from Hart's Home Services arrived promptly (within 30 minutes). He was extremely courteous and helpful- he figured out the electrical problem right away and the cost of the repair was much less than I had thought it would be! Shaun arrived at my house at the appointed time and introduced himself. He was very professional . I explained the work that I needed done . He went over all my options and showed me the cost comparisons in the manual that he carried from his company. Shaun completed the job in a timely manner and went over all the paperwork before he left. He was always polite and showed a thorough knowledge of his profession. I'm sure that he is a valued employee and I would be happy to have him return if his services are needed in the future. more
