Just Excellent! 3/10/2017

I've been very happy with Harrison Electric whenever I have used their services. In fact, I've been so satisfied with their work that I've asked them for quotes to replace my bathroom and outdoor fixtures! It was their technician called John who did my electrical work recently. He replaced my GFCI outlets and also took care of some other older outlets. He was very professional, courteous, and he cleaned up after himself. He did an excellent job and I was totally impressed by his knowledge. He explained a lot of things to me so I knew about what safety precautions to take. He was just awesome. more

All Around Great Experience 2/7/2017

I got everything you would expect from an ideal experience with an electrician from the people over at Harrison Electric. They showed up on time with our scheduled appointment and they got right to work. They did exactly what they said they were going to do for me with no problems or issues. Everything just went so smooth and easy. On top of all of this the prices were fair as well so it was just an all around great experience. I would definitely recommend them. more

Harrison Electric put in a ceiling fan and it really works well. The guy who put it in did a real good job. He only took about an hour or two to do it. I couldn't do that myself, but he had no problem with it. He was a real nice guy. He told me before he even started to work what it would cost and I said that was fine, I think it was $228 total. That was fine with me. The way I look at it, if I can't do it myself I don't care what they charge. The only problem was that they said there was a free estimate, but on the bill it said $69 service fee, so that's not really a free estimate. That was the only hiccup, that part didn't seem to be totally honest. It would be better if they were just upfront about that. more

Prompt and Knowledgeable 1/30/2017

I had a fuse box problem and John from Harrison Electric came out to help. He did a great job, very and patient in telling me I'd wired the fuse box incorrectly. On another visit, he came to fix a fuse problem with our heater. I had nothing to do with that! John was still knowledgeable and did a great job explaining everything. I like he was able to get out to me with same day notice and was able to get things going quickly. I trusted him in my home and will call him again! more

Not very happy 1/30/2017

I called Harrison Electric recently and they were fairly prompt in responding--they were here within the hour even though it wasn't an emergency. Their service was decent. They installed a four prong outlet in the space I use as an office and they changed/rewired a switch in the bedroom. The two guys who showed up were courteous and efficient. However, I know something about electrical work, and neither of those jobs were complicated. But the amount they charged me for half hour's work was way out of line. I should have told them that I can find someone with more reasonable prices, but I wasn't feeling well and I just said okay. It wasn't what they did that makes me rate them so low, but what they charged me for the amount of work they put in. Definitely not going back. more

Great work, very reliable 1/5/2017

I have been using Harrison Electric for a few years now and am very pleased with how the work we received from them has gone. The first time Kevin came out to do some work for us he was very professional and helpful while he was here, we had other people out the week before that were unable to fix our issue, but Kevin immediately knew what the problem was after taking a look, and got the problem fixed quickly and without any issues. Overall I am very pleased with the work and have been for a while, they always have done a great job. I highly recommend their services! more

Chris is great 1/3/2017

I simply love Chris from Harrison Electric because he is just so great. He is always on time with my appointment and he is just so very good at explaining things so that I can understand them. I really like how patient he is too. I can take my pick of what I need done, if there is something that I can't afford right away then I can wait and Chris will take care of it the next time I call. I would recommend Chris to anyone and look forward to the next time that I get to work with him! more

My experience was OK 12/22/2016

Harrison Electric fixed what they came to do--they put in a new electric board and it works. I've used them on one other occurrence, and I think the staff is very good, The prices are OK and I would use them again. more

Great work, reliable service 12/20/2016

I thought the work from Harrison Electric Inc went quite well. The people that came out were very courteous and professional while they were here working, and the work itself was done well and in good time. The only complaint I have was the high price for the work that was done, so I doubt I would go back to them next time I need work done. more

Thorough and efficient. 12/5/2016

Harrison Electric Inc. is the electrician that helped me while I was in Seattle and even though I don't live there and probably won't need them again, I would definitely recommend them. He made sure that everything was clean and the job was completed in the same amount of time that he said it would take to begin with. He was very efficient and his work was thorough. more

Always a positive experience 11/16/2016

I Harrison Electric with them for many years. The last time I worked with them, they had different technicians than before, but I still had a positive experience with them, like always. They had some ideas that I hadn't thought of. We did some remodeling for different properties, and It all worked out good. more
