SCAM SCAM SCAM. Do not use this establishment to have your vehicle serviced or worked on. I've had three bent rims ""fixed"" over the last two years at the Broad Ripple location. They were so friendly and serviced my vehicle extremely fast... NOW I KNOW WHY!!! My father pulled my tires off to rotate them and all three rims are still bent. I paid over $140 for repairs on three different occasions -- totalling $420. We called to complain and the response we got was ""it's been too long for us to do anything about it."" We also told them we were going to report them to the BBB for taking advantage of customers and the managers response was ""Go right ahead"". On top of scamming people they have absolute horrible customer service skills. more

Great experience and very helpful 5/2/2012

I came in with an engine noise, thinking I was going to be replacing my engine, or who knows what. after about 30 minutes or so, Dan, the service writer, came to me with an estimate, turns out i had a pulley with bad bearings making all the noise, They replaced the pulley and the belt and had me on my way soon after. I will recommend Harris Tire to my friends. more

Best Referral I've ever gotten 9/15/2011

I had bought my tires elsewhere and taken them back several times because of loss of air. I went to Autozone to see if they had something to fix this and they suggested I go to Harris Tire. I did and within 10 min, the manager came out and said he could repair the problem. He did and 3 months later, no leak or need to add more air. more

Only Place I Go 8/23/2011

I have been a customer of Harris Tire and Automotive for 10years. I have had up to 4 different vehicles that you have worked on over the years. The only place I will bring my autos. The work is fantastic. The techs have even gone as far as to pick me up at home and bring me to the shop to pick up my truck. A great bunch of professionals. more

I was on the freeway when I got a flat tire, I pulled into Harris Tire and they got me in right away. The tire was not repairable so they replaced it pretty quickly and had me back on the road. Thew guys wee very friendly and I will recommend them to all of my friends. This is the best shop in town. more
