Preventative Maintenance Call 12/26/2018

Scott did a diligent and professional job on our first preventative maintenance on our 5 heating systems at our yoga studio in Langhorne, PA. He was polite and considerate, always wearing protective shoe covers. He explained what he did and took time to answer questions. He was a great representative of your company. Thank you! more

Job Performance Review 2/8/2018

First - Josh was able to tolerate a friendly but noisy German Shepherd! He listened to the issue. Thought he had a hunch. After investigating for 1-0-15 minutes I think his hunch was right. He turned OFF an Alternate Sensor type of setting, and we think that will do it. Thanks So Much for explaining. more

Josh B's review 11/18/2017

Josh was terrific. He took pictures of the coils and filters and I told him the last person that came did not take the filters out and clean them off, like he did. Josh answered my questions and did a great job. I feel he has a lot on his plate as I asked him about his family and he told me that his daughter has cancer. Please go easy on Josh B because he has a lot on his plate. He did not tell me to say that either! I think he is one of the best people to service our heating and air conditioning system. We will try to maintain the filters and coils better ourselves. Thanks for sending Josh B our way! more

Great Service 11/4/2017

I called on a Saturday evening and within 30 minutes from my call my problem was solved. Couldn't have had better service. Heath was pleasant and helpful and knew exactly what the problem was. He lifted a water soaked rug to hopefully drip dry. more

Great service as always 11/1/2017

We had a small problem with our boiler and Harris was able to send a technician out the same day as my call. Jon was professional and courteous when he came out. He had the problem diagnosed quickly and was able to fix it just as fast. Overall it was a great experience. more

Harris Comfort Service 9/27/2017

Josh L repaired an oil leak from our heater and promised follow-up service. He returned with associate Chris and completed the maintenance required to have our heater performing properly. Both service men were professional, courteous and happy to adjust our water temperature as well as the more complicated work on tubing and filters. We were very satisfied with them. more

Quick, Knowledgeable and Friendly 8/3/2017

I called Harris today to send out a technician to diagnosis a problem with my air conditioning unit. They sent out Josh B. very quickly. He was very thorough while diagnosing, and answered all of my questions. I'm very confident in his work. I feel the pricing was fair. more
