Excellent knowledge-Great Listener 5/6/2013

A year ago, Lars treated me for hormone imbalance. After 6 treatments, my labs were normal. A year later after no maintenance treatment, my hormones went off course. After 8 treatments my hormone were normal. I am now on twice a month maintenance visits and am doing great! I am sending family members here for various issues with no hesitation. No other acupuncturist that I have found make this financially viable. But Harmony Community does! more

Do IT! 5/3/2013

I have never used acupuncture...never had the need! In my pregnancy my gallbladder was giving me trouble and I decided acupuncture was the first line of defense...God knows what the Western medical community would have done...prescribed me drugs or surgery...all while pregnant...Gross! Anyway...two treatments and counting and my gallbladder is already feeling much better. This place rocks. I will recommend to everyone I know. Try this first if you are having problems. Not last. more

Harmony Wellness Center strives for just that; harmony and wellness. Yes, in an open room where there are five other patients and people coming and going, the noise can break the serenity one is trying to achieve, but earphones or plugs can do wonders. more

Enjoyable Experience 4/11/2013

I enjoy acupuncture at the Harmony Wellness Center in Escondido. It is a relaxing experience in a professional and comfortable setting. Some people fall asleep during their treatment, which can mean loud snoring. Unfortunately, this can disrupt your serene mood. Aside from this, the treatment is very beneficial and pleasant. more

I really enjoy coming to Harmony wellness Center where Dr.Lars Nelson has treated me. I love the care and professionalism I have received. If you want to go to a place that you can relax in a serene environment as well as reap lasting benefits and pain relief for a value you won't find anywhere else, I highly recommend this place:-) more

My experience 3/27/2013

I have been a customer of Harmony Community Wellness Center for about 18 months now, mostly on a weekly basis, receiving acupuncture treatments to relieve pain in my legs. Lars is personable, knowledgeable and truly a professional in providing services that have given me some leg pain relief. I recommend him highly. more

VERY VERY GOOD 3/24/2013

I got problems with my feet. That was few years ago .Thanks to Lars and his acupuncture therapy I have my walk and my exercises back. Now I am back for my sholder and for relaxing and excellent therapy. Thanks Lars. more

I got a problem with my shoulder and neck. I have been tried every thing including muscle relaxer injection, physical therapy, massage , but nothing works for me. When I started accupacture treatment by Lars I notice the difference from the first time. He is doing an excellent job for me. Thank you Lars. more

I have been a patient for several years. I consider acupuncture an essential part of my health regime. It is both relaxing and excellent therapy. I plan on continuing my treatment. Lars is an excellent technician of the acupuncture arts. I have seen major improvement concerning my athletic related injuries. more

What a difference 3/9/2013

I have been seeing Maki, Lars and Karen for quite some time now and have never felt better. The treatments that I have received from Lars have helped control my asthma and allergies. In fact, I have been able to stop taking two prescription drugs which I am sure caused my migraines. Maki and Karen have helped my sore and aching muscles on my lower back and neck. I would recommend acupuncture treatments at HCWC to everyone. And Karen's massages are the best! more

Excellent! 2/23/2013

I started at Harmony Wellness center to regulate hormones and prepare my body to conceive after being unsuccessful for over a year. 4 months after visiting Lars weekly, and after 15 months of trying to conceive, it finally happened! After much research as well as my personal experience I believe acupuncture and natural medicine to work! Thank you HWC for helping our dreams come true! more

No longer able to use meds for fibromyalgia so I heard excellent comments about HCWC and made an appointment....best decision I ever made. Wonderful, caring surroundings. Nothing to fear with accupuncture with such experienced doctors. Thank you for the relief from constant pain. more

Improved Health? Priceless! 2/6/2013

I have been to Harmony before to improve my low hormone levels. After adding only the expertise of Lars,, I had normal results. I won't make the same mistake twice and keep away from Lars for a year. I will be back for boosters from him, and the only way I can afford to do so is because he generously offers the community room and reasonable prices. more

Relaxing but still unsure 1/18/2013

Not what I expected when I went to be treated as its a open room w/ chairs that recline back & other people being treated. I am used to having a private room and having more areas worked on. But, I suppose that's why it's less costly. It is relaxing spite this & I haven't gone enough to tell if its working. I am hoping that this place will help & is worth sacrificing a little privacy & perhaps other areas that could be worked on otherwise. more

Excellent Treatment AND Affordable!!! 1/14/2013

For almost 3 years, Lars has treated my blood pressure, allegies and acid reflux with great success. But it is the improvement of my tinnitus (ear ringing) symptoms that keeps me coming back. My primary care doctors have nothing to offer, but regular treatment by Lars decreases the volume by 2/3rds. It does recur without regular treatment, but the affordable pricing at HWC allows me to visit Lars every week. more

Lars is the best acupuncturist I have ever had!! 1/5/2013

I started seeing Lars for menopausal symptoms that were severe and affecting the quality of my life. His treatments have helped amazingly well. He has also treated other symptoms successfuly. I have seen other acupuncturist over the last 15 years but none have been as caring as Lars. I highly recommend Harmony Cummunity Wellness Center. more

Acupuncture is awsome 12/22/2012

I have dropfoot from a herniated disc in my back. The acupuncture treatments have helped strenghten my leg and ankle so that I can walk better and longer without to much of a limp. I believe that this is working. I go twice a week. The regular Drs. told me they could not help me. Go live my life the best I can. I could barely walk. Now I am back to playing golf and sailing. This really works. more

WOW Someting That Works And Resonable 12/16/2012

I was introduced to Harmony Community Wellness Center in January 2012. I had acupuncter and a message. I was in pain both physical and a broken heart. The first night after my accupunture and message was the first night I sleept through the night in 2 months. I woke up to sun shine . If you do not beleive try it you will be suprised. I try and go twice a month it just helps. more
