He or she must not have been dealing with Melanie Harlin Paul, Kelly Paul or any current employees. Melanie is creative and has the eye of an artist. Her custom designs are absolutely exquisite! Melanie Harlin Paul is insightful, and works diligently helping her customers define their personal style. The knowledgeable professionals at Harlin Diamonds are gracious and trustworthy. What a wonderful experience! I had some jewelry that had been left to me by two very special people in my life that unfortunately aren't with us anymore. I didn't wear the jewelry, it just sat in my jewelry box. I wanted to do something with it all and make it useful. I knew my great aunt and grandmother would want me to wear what they had so thoughfully given to me. I was reluctant to trust anyone take such precious gifts. That's when I was referred by several of my friends to Harlin Diamonds. I made the appointment with Melanie Harlin Paul and took my treasure. She was wonderful! I recently used Harlin Diamonds to purchase an engagement & wedding band set. Every person in the establishment was completely professional and ""VERY"" courteous. They knew exactly what they were talking about and especially Melanie & Kelly were extremely helpful and at times, comical with one another. I felt like I was treated very respectfully and I saw no flaws in their customer service what-so-ever. I recommend Harlin Diamonds to everyone I come into contact with now. I've had quite the opposite experience than ""huffbufffluff"". I'm wondering if ""huffbufffluff"" was actually working with the old showroom manager who's name is also Melanie. \r \r My experience with Harlin Diamonds was the best. Melanie Harlin-Paul (the owner) is friendly and very, very professional and knowledgeable. She personally designed several one-of-a-kind pieces of jewelry for me. I absolutely love them and have received so many compliments. I will go nowhere else to buy my jewelry and refer all of my friends and family. more

Harlin diamonds has lovely jewelry at a fair price. But so does their neighbors.\r The owner Melanie comes across rude and unfriendly. In fact after talking to her, I felt like I was talking to a former playground bully. I don't think she even knows that she has bad people skills. \r At best, it's an uncomfortable experience at Harlin Diamonds. And at worst she might yell at you. lol more
