Sarcastic attitude of manager - Kevin 7/22/2014

On Sat, July 19,2014 went through drive-thru. Ordered 3 of the 5 piece chicken strip specials and a side of onion rings. Got home and everything was in bag except one box of chicken strips. Called back, manager said he had bagged my order and apologized. He told me to come back in and he would make it good. Went in Sun afternoon, the 20th. At first he acted like he didn't remember & then became sarcastic and said , "Oh yes, the order I PERSONALLY bagged up but part of it just mysteriously flew away." He was making flying signs with his hands while rolling his eyes .He then pulled out some cash and said "What is it you want me to pay for today?" I told him I didn't want him to pay for anything, I only wanted the 5 chicken strips I had already paid for. Told him I would do a separate order for the food I was getting. He then put his money up and used some type of card to ring the chicken and I paid for the rest of my order. When he put 2 cups up, I told him I only needed one and he VERY sarcastically stated he was giving me a second one. The gentleman standing behind me told me I should have used my cane beside his head. I left the site with a new 5 strip special and the food I had ordered and paid for and feeling like I had been accused of stealing. Had 2 phone calls later from people who had witnessed the exchange and both calls were about the manager's bad attitude. If he treats everyone that way it is amazing someone hasn't punched him. My family won't go back in there. more

What a disapointment. I went in a while back and I dont believe customer service could get any worse. The people that work there think they are doing me a favor just by taking my order. Then my pork chop and gravy biscuit had no gravy on it. I took it back up and could you believe that the manager wanted to charge me for a side of gravy. I showed her the biscuit and showed her the picture on the sign and she said that "you know it's not supposed to look like the picture." Well why in the world would I order it then? What a mess. Somebody needs to do some major overhauling in that place. Needless to say, I havent been back and wont! more

Customer Service 10/17/2006

Good Morning. I came into our Walterboro Hardees this morning for breakfast. I placed my order at 8:49 a.m.. It wasn't until 9:32 until I got my food. This is totally unacceptiable. I dont know what the problem is but the service has been like this for weeks. They were not not prepared, and some of the employees was carrying on conversation with other employees. Over half of the customers were complaning over the poorness of the service. I am a regular morning customer along with several others and we will not be returning. more
