Simple request to change a light bulb turned into a fiasco that cost way too much. I will NEVER recommend this sham to anyone. more

I had some flooring done in a bathroom and a cabinet re-done. They came out and gave me a quote, then stuck with that quote. The work was done in a timely manner. I also had them replace a ceiling fan and that went like clockwork. more

Roy was on time. Mature craftsman knew what he was doing and did it well. more

Handyman Matters pulled up a carpet in the hall and bedroom for me. They scheduled a time to come, they called the night before to confirm, and they showed up on time. They did the job efficiently, cleaned up afterward, and smiled. more

Handyman Matters has worked for me on a rental property several times. Most of the time, it's good, but I've had times where they just don't fix the problem and I have to call somebody two years later to come out and redo it. more

Handyman showed up on time, gave me a good estimate of the time and cost for jobs I asked him to do. Had some time delays during the process (had to run and get materials, took longer than expected so he asked if he could run by his afternoon appointment and come back and finish) this was fine. Employees are very friendly. Cost was worth the work done! more

Don provided exceptional service on both small and bigger tasks. I had a list of true handyman-type services that my husband and I have neither time nor know-how to do ourselves. No job was too small for him, although it's clear that he's more than qualified to do true remodels. Still, he did all my small jobs professionally and with the care I would expect someone to take with much larger jobs. I felt the price was more than fair for the work he did. I will call again more

Hello! Roy Theisen did a terrific job doing electrical work at my residence. What impressed me more was his professionalism and the fact that an estimated 2-3 hour job ended up taking half a day. And through it all he still only charged me for 3 hours. Amazing! There were some challenges no doubt which were frustrating. However, he kept his composure and didn't stop until the work was done right. He even went the extra mile by going to the store to buy a copper ground to fix a problem that's been going on for sometime. You were great and I appreciate your hard work and professionalism. Last year, due to downsizing, we lost half of our warehouse team. Immediately we had nobody to do all the extra projects the warehouse did, from hanging poster frames, moving furniture, assembling tables,chairs,cabinets, etc.. Handyman Matters stepped in and they have been able to handle everything I have thrown at them. We have had several different guys work on different projects, and they are all knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. We have been very happy with every job they have done for us. more

Handyman Matters Kansas City did a good job and they were able to fix the problem. The only problem that bothered me a little was the original diagnosis they gave. I just didn't feel like he was sure about his diagnosis and I just knew that his original diagnosis wasn't quite right as his hypothesis didn't really make sense. I know that these diagnoses are difficult to make so I understand. In the end, they were able to come up with the correct diagnosis and fix the problem. I am pretty pleased with their service. They did a overall good job and I appreciate their work. more
