I would give this place zero stars if that were possible. This is the most unprofessional spa that I have ever been to. First, one the therapists was late (we went for a couples massage), so we waited in the hallway with our coats. Couldn't someone have shown us to the waiting room? When the therapist showed up she was wearing jeans and a hoodie - how professional is that? We should have left right then because it only got worse. When they finally showed us to the room, they told us we could put our things on the chair in the corner. Nice - isn't there somewhere we could hang our clothes, instead of putting everything in the corner on a chair - clothes, coat, shoes, purse, etc. The room wasn't any better than the service up to this point - there were baby pictures everywhere. Seriously, what do pictures of your baby have to do with a relaxing massage? The best part of the room was there was a turkey roaster on the table - not really sure what it was for because I was scared to look. So we got undressed and laid on the creaky tables. Yes, the entire massage came with sound effects. We were secretly hoping the massage would make up for the room and the service. Not a chance - two days later and I still hurt. I couldn't wait for it to be over. Even better we could hear some construction guys yelling in the hallway. The whole time I was hoping my husband's was going a lot better than mine, but when it was over I could tell by the look on his face that his was just as much torture as mine had been. The worse part was that we had to pay $200. Honestly, you couldn't pay me to go back. Although, I would love to get that $200 and 90-minutes of my life back. To top it off, when we were finished and walked out to pay there was a bunch of construction crap (bucket of drywall, masks, tools, etc) in the hallway. We couldn't pay at the reception area because the credit card machine was in the waiting area. What??? We couldn't get out of there fast enough.
