I got my car hyundai sonata july 1, 2012 which is the 2013 model..All of may service has been at this location. Mr. Ives has been the person that I dealt with most of the time..He has been outstanding in taking care if my car...He is always courteous and willing to solve any of my concerns. One time I had a question if the service I requested was done. I gave him my explanation why, and to be sure i was satisfied he redid the complete service or and also cleaned and washed my car. Customer Service Nightmare 6/14/2011

We have been taking our Veracruz to this dealership since we bought our vehicle. Our vehicle is only a few years old. We noticed a squeaking noise soon after purchase. We immediately took the vehicle in. They have never been successful in fixing the issue. They always say they have fixed the problem and then we notice it again. The customer service is not a priority here. We have been left without a vehicle several times. They will not provide a loaner or rental. We live 25 minutes away and have been there numerous times over the past few years. Needless to say, we have been completely inconvenienced. Today, the service associate went all the way to the GM and explained out problem. We are moving from VA to CA next week. We took our vehicle in last week and this week to get the problem fixed. They said it would take more than a day and would not give a rental or loaner. If someone where looking to buy a vehicle I would go to a different location because they are not concerned with plea more

NOT HAPPY WITH HALL CHEATERS 6/25/2010

Brought a use car from hall auto group. The sell was based on the car passing Sate Inspection. After the said the car pass inspection and I payed for it. This is what what I found when I went out to the car, A big oil spot under the oil pan, I was told by the sales man that it was from another car. I went under the car and fought oil plug leaking. So I had them put it on the rack.I found out the oil plug was bad,then walking around the car found nail it the treat of tire which would fail a inspection Also saw them put three lugs on different rims which would have fail a inspection. Before I brought the car I had question about tire shape of the tires because the miles 87,000 and the tire had cracks in them but they pass it any way. They did agree to replace the oil pan. When i drove the car home and look at the tires I found the steel cords showing. This made me have to change my weekend plans. So I brought it back to the dealer to so them they after a long time they agreed to replace more
