Hair Quest Etc

NO WAY- I took my son in for a typical boys cut, tight around the neck and above the ears. Margaret combed his hair down and chopped off the very bottom. I asked that blend it into the top so it didn't look like a helmet.\r \r After leaving I noticed it was not even, the bangs were all uneven, one ear had hair hanging down over it and she didn't clean up the neck area or sideburns. We went back and after 30 minutes of chopping I insisted that she just take it all off with a clippers, going down to a 4 and a 6, blending it. My son left looking like an orphan who only got a once a year hair cut, it was all uneven still and had patches of long hair, like a cat with mange.\r \r We went to a different place the following day, paid to have it fixed by a professional. more

I absolutely love coming to this salon. They treat their clients to the upscale spa style services we all deserve as busy people. I absolutely love the hand massages that I get every time I come in to get my hair cut and colored. All of the stylists that I have had are GREAT! Their prices are a little higher than the basic salons like great clips, etc... but it is so worth it for the facials and hand massages they give in addition to their cuts! I would highly recommend Hair Quest Etc... if you want a great color, cut and just overall genuine service! I can't wait to have them do my whole bridal party's hair for my wedding later this year! more

I went to Hair Quest fairly regularly for a period of time. I found hair dressers that were good, but they all left very quickly. I'm not picky about my hair, but the last time I had it colored - at Hair Quest - the stylist seemed inexperienced and uninterested. She left me under the dryer with bleach burning into my scalp while she wandered off to chat and do another client. The salon owner actually got her attention and warned her to check on my hair and the salon owner actually checked on my hair under the dryer. more

I have been going to Hair Quest ETC for several years now, and I've never had a service I wasnt totally happy with! Looking at the other reviews, I read the one about having new girls in there all the time. I have noticed several girls over the years, but I have also noticed that they were the ones that were not busy, and seemed to have a poor attitude. I personally think its a good idea that they were let go or left! This place has always went beyond my expectations and I love the one on one attention that my stylist gives me! Couldnt recommend a better place! more

good location. nice girls. know what they are doing. but they seem to go through a lot of them more

This salon is so nice. The stylists are all professional and they really listened to what i wanted to get done with my hair. Not only that, but the products that they used in my hair was fantastic. They not only used it in my hair, but they showed me how i could use it in the future. I know that when i leave there with my hair all done and the products in my hand that i can make that same look day after day. more
