Hager Rental has a great staff, who are friendly and easy to deal with. They have never been mean or biased. They stick to what is wrote in the lease and the apartments are clean. Maintenance is easy to work with. Don’t trust all reviews because there is always two sides to the story. more

Never rent an apartment from them. They charged me $500, which was my deposit, for bed bug treatment. I rented the apartment for years and never had bed bugs. more

Do not rent from hager rental. They are the most unorganized business. Always new people in the office that had no clue what they were doing. Multiple times our payments weren't recorded on the computer and we had to go in to fix it. They fined us for having our trash can to the side of our apartment which was 25$. I worked my ... off to get the place cleaned and over half of my deposit was taken for things that could be cleaned. I was also charged a 30 day notice late fee when I went in there 30 days prior and the lady didn't give me a form to fill out because they are disorganized. My advice to you is if you have to rent off them make sure you take pictures of EVERYTHING before you move in and AFTER. And yes, they are money hungry. I guess you would call that greedy! more

I rented from Hager Rental for almost 2 years. The size of the apartments were very spacious and the rent was good. Even the pet deposit and rent were reasonable. The apartments were in pretty good shape. Whenever I called for maintenance I received repairs within a day or two at the most. I was very pleased. more
