This is absolutely THE WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. In every interaction (besides, of course, when I initially signed up and gave them my money) I have been treated like I was a burden and spoken to with disdain. As a paying, honest, and rule-abiding customer, I expected a much different experience than the condescending relationship I found.
If you sign up for three months, they offer a free month and a free truck for moving. I was NOT informed that the truck was only lent out for moving into the unit, not out. When I called as I was planning to move out of the unit to use the truck (I used a friend's car to laboriously move in), I was informed they would not lend the truck to me. Not only this, but when I inquired why I had not received this information earlier, I was told with an impatient tone ""There are three of us here with a collective 18 years experience, none of us would have told you anything deceitful."" Yet the omission of information upfront IS deceitful. The conversation ended abruptly when the man told me to ""stop talking and listen to me,"" and I decided I'd had enough and hung up.
Absolutely DO NOT GO TO HACIENDA STORAGE. Hours are abysmal, they're always closed, and treat you like garbage.
