Bad experience!! The "TAX PROFESSIONAL" that was attempting to help us had nothing but questions for the other employees. And to make things worse after we get our state of OHIO taxes back we start getting phone calls reguarding that we have to come back in and have a bunch of changes to our taxes that were supposed to be done right the first time. I refer noone to H&R Block because i firmly believe that after my last visit that they all do not know how to process taxes. Going back to a personal accountant (by the way the personal accountant is cheaper!!), lesson learned!!!
