They offer instant refunds where you get a check right there on the spot, as well as the 24-48 hour turnaround refunds, direct deposit refunds, and the traditional check in the mail. If you make an appointment you probably won't have any wait at all, even the midst of the high tax season. The tax professionals there offer good advice and know their business.
