I have used this H & R Block in the past, and I was very happy with the service I received. I would recommend making an appointment though. If not, be prepared to wait a while during their busy tax season. The staff member filing my return was great, and she got me a large refund! more

Great Service! 6/5/2006

My husband and I have used this H & R Block for the past 3 years. The customer service here is great. We always call and make an appointment and have never had to wait over 15 minutes. The staff is knowledgable and friendly. The price is a little higher than I would like to pay, but they usually offer coupons. I do feel at ease knowing they have filed my taxes instead of trying to do them myself. more
