I walked in and a secretary greeted me and asked if I had an appointment. I thought I was doomed, as I didnt have one, but she smiled and said I would be helped in a second. I was the greeted by an accountant, and my taxes eventually got done. They did a great job, and I havent been audited yet, so I think their work is accurate. Dont wait too long to get an appointment, as times do fill in fast, especially around march. The service charge is a little high, but the Rapid Refund (a small loan paid as your return) is a great thing, especially if you need the money quick.
