The salesman was pleasent an listened to me jokeing with him an went thru the test steps explaining as he went along.Bottom line you know before they comeout that their objectinve is to sell a filtration system,they state ech result from each test ,well mannered an let you decide wether you need the filter or not.salesman wasnt pushy ,which is nice.Of course resultsd were ill benefit from the filtration..But i still feel my water is fine more

Very professional presentation; outlining the inefficiencies and costs of having sediment in the water. Presentation lasted approximately 1 hour and many elements of the water were evaluated. more

Free Water Test 3/22/2016

I have a well, and have often wondered if the quality of my water is as good now as it was originally (25 plus years ago). So, I took advantage of HD Water's free water test offer. Thankfully, my water was not bad in any way, but COULD be made better , and that's what the test (really a battery of tests) showed. The technician/sales rep was extremely pleasant, and made the entire process interesting and informative. I highly recommend all homeowner's invite HD Water in to test their water. You'll find that the results of the testing will lead to a well planned sales presentation, but what else would you expect? There is no commitment, everything is exactly as promised, and very professional. more

A Good "Team" 1/22/2016

I initially obtained a free water sample analysis via Home Depot. Chris called me (albeit weeks later so I had already forgotten about the testing) and gave me preliminary results. However, he offered a free more extensive analysis if I permitted him to come to my home which he did a few days ago (along with a “trainee”). Although his “shtick” was at times a bit heavy, he performed all of the tests and gave me good data on my water and my filtration system. I would recommend him/the company! more

Entertaining water testing 12/11/2015

We scheduled a water test with HD Water, and they sent a tech named Joe. Joe arrived right on time, he was both professional and extremely personable, and he made the process interesting. He explained every step of the process and told us what he was doing and why he was doing it. Not only that, he gave us comparisons to tell us why what he was doing mattered and how it compares to others. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the experience. more
