I have been using Gym Source for many years. I have never had a bad experience with their sales or delivery department. In fact, whenever I purchase anything from Gym Source, I am always offered a discount which is surprisingly lower than any other company. I also know that Gym Source Guarantees the best price on any equipment from any authorized dealer. It is very possible that the person who wrote the review found it for cheaper from a discount outlet - the problem is that they are not authorized to sell nor service the equipment (much the same as buying a discount watch online). All-in-all, I would highly recommend Gym Source to anyone looking for excellent customer service, and the top-rated equipment. more

While they have a good selection you still need your equipment to work. I have found their service department impossible to work with. They will only come on weekdays, which is hard if you have a job or you have equipment at your country house. They have now come twice for one piece of equipment (cables are twisted) and it still is twisted and they are upset with me for contesting the american expres charges (it doesn't work). I would expect this service from Target or Walmart but not a full price, high end gym store. more

Horrible Service!!!!!!!!! 12/28/2006

I do not wish to get into my whole story with this horrible place, but bottom line is they do not know how to treat thier customers, only care about money. The staff is incredibly rude and even offensive!! So many other places to purchase fitness equipment, do not waste your time with this terrible place, they have no sense of customer service and no respect for people. Plus they are WAY OVER-PRICED. Keep Looking!! Pass on this place!!!! Pros: NOTHING Cons: OVER-PRICED, RUDE, DISREPECTFUL!! more
