I shopped in this store last week and found that not all the cashiers are familiar with the coupon policies of the store and the managers are very good at giving different answers...

Actually, Guaranty Bank does have Free checking. It does contain no interest, but is free. The only "fees" you will incur is if you overdfraft your account or require additional services such as wires, stop payments, etc. The only account that is "free" and requires direct deposit or a minimum balance is the interest checking account. In addtion, Guaranty Bank's online banking is free and so is bill pay - for personal and business!! It is also live and shows items as they come in. Guaranty Bank has grown, but they are adapting and are just as customer friendly. Before others rant or complain, like some of the other reviews on here, they might get the facts. They are available in the form of brochures or disclosures. Check them out!! more

Well this used to be a good bank. Had I have written a review a year ago. Since they have “grown” the policy’s have changed and they are not as friendly. Their “free” checking is a joke with a lot of hidden fee’s and they no longer give out the free items for opening accounts (which was just a bonus I guess but still sucks) they charge for billpay and require direct deposit for free checking and no 24 hour customer service. Just average in my book. more
