We have quite a few Mexican restaraunts in Huntsville and this is by far my favorite! The food is just awesome. The owners and staff are all from Mexico so they know what they are doing. My favorite nights are when they have the mariachi bands that come and sing to you while you eat, moving from area to area in the restaraunt. We have become friends with most of the staff and they have our usual table ready with our large queso dip and extra salsa before we even sit down. I am away at college now, but a trip home is NEVER complete without a trip to Guadelajara! Es fantastico!
