The new shop is gorgeous and I love that they have organic dog treats. They have a great selection of dog toys also. The Grooming Room continues to have the same high standards that my dog has always received. Precision haircut and I am fussy and look him over carefully. Never a hair out of place! Truly a pleasure. more

excellent 3/10/2009

The new grooming room was obviously well planned out and executed magnificiently.I've never been in such a clean and boutique like grooming shop. This is the only shop that my dog wags his tail as we enter, he used to shiver at the other grooming shops. they must be doing something right!!! He always comes out happy and looking fantastic. Bravo to Carol, the owner!! more

top notch grooming 3/9/2009

My dog has been groomed here for 8 1/2 years-his entire life. He has always received a beautiful haircut, he is well-treated, and I never consider going anywhere else. The new location is like a spa. Those folks who do not brush their dogs every day complain everywhere they go that their dogs have to be shaved. It's not the groomer's fault if your dog is matted. This is a top notch groomer! more

Traumatic experience 8/27/2008

My dog, a beautiful puppy, came in needing a quick trim in the back and to get his bangs cut. He came out with barely any hair on his back. His luscious coat was ruined. This is the worst grooming service you will ever meet. We dropped him off for his appointment at 9:00 am, but they didn't even get to him until 1:00 pm. They said he "needed" a short haircut because he had a lot of mats and if they didn't give it to him he would have been hurt. He had THREE bad scratches that drew blood. I will never go the more

the very best !!! 2/26/2007

it was so great to deal with a true professional who not only was great to my dog but was a true artist with the scissor. my dog actually had a real haircut... not a shave !! my dog has never looked better and we are regular clients. 5 stars for sure more
