Grogan & Grogan

I am a single working mom of a teenager. It took me a long time to save the $500 retainer fee I paid Lynn Grogan to file contempt charges. She told me that my ex should be served within 1-2 weeks. After 5 weeks-nothing had been done and LG would not return my calls. I decided I needed to get another attorney and I called LG's office and asked for my money back. After another 2 weeks and several calls asking for my money back, I receive a BILL for $20 in the mail!! And the bill was INACCURATE!! The bill showed a charge of $70 for a conference call-(I spoke with LG ONCE in her office- there was NO conference call) A charge of $350 for contempt document preperation -(I spoke with someone in her office the week of April 4th and was told that nothing had been prepared or filed)-a charge of $100 for administration fees (the ONLY thing I ever received from her office was a letter -telling me to send them $150 for administrative charges) ! I will tell EVERYONE I know to NEVER use her for anything. I am not receiving support and I work hard to provide for my son. I realize $500 is not much money to a lot of people, but it is to me. I feel like I have been robbed. more

Hired Mr. Grogran to file a contempt case against my ex for unpaid child support and medical bills. He spent alot of time on the phone with me familiarizing himself with my case, and history (he was not my original atty) and even brought up concerns I had not considered (like where the ex was getting his income from.) He rapidly prepared the papers, and let me know exactly what to expect, and when to expect it. After much bantering with the ex's atty, and trial dates, he stood his ground and I rec'd the support owed and was able to avoid going to court. I will use Mr. Grogan as my family atty from now on. more

Lynn Grogan recommended that I keep my children from their father so that Judge Pullen would give me more child support. Lynn Grogan and her Husband Lee Grogan also suggested that I make up a lie about my children being sexually abused by their father. Stay as far away from these monsters as possible. more
