I wanted to purchase a car this week. I have very good credit and a good job and could well afford it. I also don't like to play "dealer games".
I filled out the online contact information and simply asked them to send me a list of their inventory (they did not have these on their website) and said that I was looking for a Sorento with leather interior. The internet sales person sent me an e-mail telling me to call him.
I sent him one back requesting an inventory list and pricing because if they didn't have what I wanted, we were wasting each other's time.
The he CALLED me 5 minutes after I sent the e-mail. I didn't answer the phone because I requested an e-mail. If I wanted to talk to them, my hands are not broke, I would have called them myself.
Car business must be really good if they can afford to lose sales because of things like this.
