The very shortened story is that I went in for a sore tooth. I was unsure of which one it was, so the assistant poked and prodded until she found the pain. She x-rayed that tooth and could see nothing. The dr. came in and looked and supposedly saw (with her eye) a cavity in it. She filled it. I left. The pain continued. I went back several days later and told them they filled the wrong tooth. They got rude to me and then told me that there was nothing wrong with the other tooth on the x-ray. I say, maybe not, but you can see a cavity with your bare eyes. It should have been seen when I was here last week, but apparently you didn't look. Anyway, I was then shown the x-ray, which, oddly enough, was an x-ray of the tooth that hurt, the tooth that they didn't fill. Odd isn't that? So then they fill the other tooth and give me attitude about it and leave a big sharp chunk hanging off the side. When I get home and dig up my bill from last time, they noted on it that the x-ray was for tooth 20 but they filled tooth 21. My bill actually proves that they x-rayed the hurting tooth and then drilled out and filled a different one. They are completely incompetent.
