Nice for lunch and dolphin watching 4/9/2011

The food is excellent. On one occassion I took a friend who had never seen a dolphin in the wild, before we even sat down at the patio table we saw dolphin. If you dont like sitting outside they have inside tables with great views also. They do not have sweet tea unless it is bottled. Lunch and Dinner are both excellent, though a little pricey. more

Editorial
  • The Scene
A Victorian house built in the 1930s, this property was born to be a B&B. The on-site restaurant, Kelsey's Riverview, is popular with locals and offers diners a clear view of dolphins cavorting near the dock. There's also an upstairs dining room in the house itself where breakfast is served. Guests are offered complimentary use of bicycles for exploring the area.

    The Details
Accommodations include 16 bedrooms as well as a private cottage and a private house with a separate small pool and its own dining room. The general decor is mostly wood and rattan with unique touches such as rocking chairs and antiques. Bed linens become progressively understated as you move up in room level. The cottage has hardwood floors and a four-poster bed. The on-site spa was renovated and expanded in 2003.
