I think it is despicable that Bienestar has been (illegally) and immorally evicted from the 14546 Hamlin St. location that has Gribin Properties listed as the leasing agents. Are you responsible for this? Is this really the kind of business practices people in Van Nuys should expect from Gribin Properties?\r

How do you plan to restore Bienestar to the facility that they signed a 3-year lease to occupy? I truly hope that this has just been some sort of misunderstanding and that it will be rectified IMMEDIATELY.
