Outstanding Service 6/27/2019

The office staff is outstanding and helpful, it was easy to schedule my appointment, and they worked with me, very accommodating! I am so pleased with the service call I received. The technician was punctual, professional, explained what needed to be done, he checked for leaks, re positioned sprinkler heads and made sure my sprinklers were ready to run in perfect shape. Cost is also very reasonable, for a service call and parts. Excellent company to deal with, I recommended to all my family and friends..... more

Terrible customer service after they make a mistake 7/29/2014

Had a technician come to fix the rain sensor on our sprinkler system that had otherwise been working perfectly fine since we moved in 5 years ago. He had to do some re-wiring and then all of a sudden our system stopped working that day. Another technician came to see why it wasn't working and we were told there is a problem with the wiring and it will cost us $350 at the least to find the exact problem. We've spoken to the owner and the only thing they did for us was come to remove the new rain sensor the first technician had put in. They are refusing to admit that their technician messed up something with our wiring and now we are going to have to pay to fix their mistake. Terrible. more
