This contractor does not finish the job. Takes full payment and does not pay subcontractors. Home owner beware if the subcontractors are not paid, they can lien your house even if you paid the bill in full. Look at the iwner's history on Orange County Clerk Of Courts. He has a long list of tickets, arrests and unpaid child support. more
