Great Doctor!!! 1/25/2012

All I have to say, God thank you!!! Dr. Colon impressed each and all members of our family. She is incredibly smart and sweet working with kids and so polite with adults. We have never been into a dentist that would take all the time in the world to explain the different choices for our teeth care. Also, something very particular, she is awesome with her staff. Now, no fear to go back to a dentist and will definetely finish all needed work with her. more

So knowledgable and sweet! 1/22/2012

We live in an elderly community where everybody have only good things to say about Dr. Colon so I decided to give it a shot. She is the sweetest and most knowledgable dentist we have ever had. She takes the time to explain and detail everything demonstrating she really cares about our health. We just love her and which we would've find her before. more

best of the best 12/1/2011

No more fear! honestly, I think there's no dentist fobic like me until I went to her. I mean, I was ready to pull all my teeth, get rid of all of them and get dentures once and for all. She took all the time needed to talk and educate me, healed my pain and now, almost done with eveything to the point that I got my confidence back and just got to go every six months for the cleaning and follow up. Never thought I would be talking like these about my teeth and a dentist. I'm sincerely so greatful and would say Dr. Colon is the best of the best! more

Great Doctor!!! 11/26/2011

I just want to thank God for such a great dentist close to home. It is worth the wait! Once you pass the not too friendly frontdesk, you realize it was soooo worth it. Dr.Colon is the only dentist in so many years that solved my problem. I stoped asking for alternatives a long time ago until I went to see her by recomendation from a friend. For the first time in more than 20 years, I didn't have to bring my problem up since she noticed it instantly. I just do not want to mention the problem but do want to say what a great job filled with proffesionalism she has done on me. She is simply a GREAT DOCTOR. more

AWESOM DOCTOR 11/13/2011

I HAVE NEVER BEEN INTO A MORE SINCERE AND HONEST AND NOT TO MENTION, PROFESSIONAL DENTIST. MY FAMILY'S EXPERIENCE WAS ONE OF A KIND. FOR EXAMPLE, MY YOUNGEST SON, 10 YEARS OLD, FOR THE FIRST TIME, ALLOWED A DENTIST TO WORK ON HIS MOUTH, AND CAME OUT TO THE WAITING AREA WITH A HUGE, NOT BIG BUT HUGE SMILE WITH ALL WORK NEEDED DONE! NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE OUR GRATITUDE TO DR. COLON. GREAT DOCTOR AND WELL WORTH THE WAIT! more

Very Professional & Unique 10/10/2011

When I went to se Dr. Colon to have all my teeth pulled, she took the time to patiently talk to me into not doing it. No other dentist has ever done something like that for me and not even given me the many other options Dr. Colon very professionaly gave me. To make long story short, she made a new me with a new beautiful smile I never thought I would ever have. A total makeover. I have no words to say how greatful I am with Dr.Colon and her assistants. I baked them some brownies with all my love and wish I could give them more. When saw myself on the mirror I started crying. She returned me my confidence and for that, I will always be very greatful and recomed her to everybody. more

The best dentist ever 10/9/2011

I've been thru three different Greenberg offices and honestly, Dr. Colon makes the difference with this people. Her professionalism and real interets for patient care blessed our family. It is worth the travel to her location since she is not as close to our home but, I'll travel two hours if needed just to have her as our family dentist. more

Outsatanding Service 10/9/2011

I went with my 10 years old son as an emergency with a lot of pain on back tooth and Dr. Colon saw him and did a root canal on my boy's painful tooth. It amazed me how well she treated and took him out of pain. On a ten years old hyperactive boy? That is something!!! My wife and I are so greatful of Dr.Colon and would recomend her with our eyes closed! Better than a children's dentist for sure. God bless her always! more

Professionalism and Gentleness 10/2/2011

We were vacationing in Orlando when I started developing a big pain on a top back tooth. In the hotel they recommended us Dr. Colon and even though she was a little far, we decided to go there. The front desk, so so, but once we passed into the room, all was sooooo diferent. Dr. Colon's professionalism and gentelness convised me to go for the needed root canal. Never thought a root canal was a painless procedure like she mentioned. I thank her like a hundred times and left happy to resume our Disney vacation. When back to Chicago, I went to my dentist for the recommended crown by Dr. Colon. My dentist was so impressed with the root canal stating he hadn't seen such a perfect one in a long time. It's been a blessing to our lifes to have Dr. Colon as part of our vacation's memory that we are even considering moving to Orlando!!!! God bless her always! more

Dishonest and Unethical 8/5/2011

If only I had read the previous review I would have avoided much agony for my son. Yesterday, we noticed that one of his baby teeth was cracked. I was able to walk-in to the Poinciana office for an emergency appointment. The first thing that upset me was that they do not allow parents to stay with their children! The reason I was given is because of the lack of privacy (one room hold 2 patients with just a divider in between them). They told me that once my son was assessed they would let me know what procedure was needed. After 1hr and 45 minutes the assistant came back out and gave me paperwork authorization the tooth extraction. I noticed there was not anything regarding anesthesia and asked why. She told me that the tooth was already loose and numbing pain wasn't necessary. After I signed the forms I waited another 45 minutes before she came out with my son. He was so anxious to get out of there that he ran to the car. I was able to look at his tooth and to my dismay...part of the tooth was still there! I rushed back in and the office personnel got the assistant to come back out. I showed her the piece of tooth that was still there and she said, ""It's probably just tissue. I'll take him back and have the doctor look at it."" Within a few minutes she returned with my son and said, ""Yeah, it's just tissue."" I removed the gauze from his mouth and not only was the piece gone but he was bleeding profusely. I showed her and she acted as if there was nothing there to begin with and that I was lying. She offered for me to see the dentist and I expressed my utmost disappointment having been there for nearly 3 hours and left. As soon as we got to the car my son explained everything in detail. He said it was the lady in black clothes (the dental assistant) that originally took out his tooth and when he went back for a second time it was a lady in white clothes (the doctor) that removed the piece that I showed them. He also said that while the doctor removed the second piece the dental assistant was standing there the whole time. Yet she had the nerve to tell me that the DOCTOR SAID it was just tissue when brought him back out the second time! There was no reason for her to 1) do it wrong the first time and 2) lie to me about it. I guess they didn't count on the fact that my son is 10 1/2 years old, is very observant, and has a good memory. I really don't appreciate the way this situation was handled and will be sending a complaint letter to their main office. AVOID GREENBERG DENTAL!\r more

DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST!!!!!!!!!!!! 12/9/2010

PLEASE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE DO NOT SEE DR. AGDHA M COLON!!!!!! First, her staff is rude and unknowledgeable. The staff is poorly trained and unprofessional. This is especially true of her office manager Nati, who gives misinformation and does not return phone calls. I had a #3 molar root canal performed by Dr. Colon, during which she perforated my maxillary sinus cavity. Immediately after the procedure my right sinus cavity began profusely draining fluid, approximately one liter of fluid over 24 hours. My right sinus cavity was draining thru my nose was so badly I was incapasitated and had to keep my nose elevated. I was unable to use the phone without fluid leaking, so I had my wife call the office, and Dr. Colon would not allow my wife to ask any questions even with my permission. The staff was not helpful, Dr. Colon would not personally return my phone call. We returned to her office the next day, Dr. Colon would not see me nor speak to me with my spouse in the room despite the fact my wife had my permission to be in the room. My wife is also a physician and of course tons of additional questions and concerns that Dr. Colon would not address. She referred me to my doctor who I had already seen that day, and she refused to give us the documentation/information my doctor requested regarding the sinus perforation, but only gave us a copy of the xrays. My PCP personally called to speak to her, and she would not come to the phone to take his call. She stated she would call him (our primary care doctor) back the following day, which she did not do. I ultimately had to go to the ER to be evaluated. She was unskilled, unknowledgeable, unprofessional, rude, uncaring, and VERY uncooperative after I suffered this complication from the root canal SHE performed. My primary doctor suggested we file a complaint with the medical board regard her conduct, and that he would also be writing a letter about her conduct in this case. Please for the health and safety of youself and your loved ones, dont see this dentist. Go elsewhere! more
