If you can afford it, you must do the "Wine me, Dine me" .. or whatever it is called (its similar in name if that isn't correct). Basically, the chef prepares a three course menu with wine pairings--at his whim. Its definitely an experience and you definitely need to be open to trying new things. You can give a few limitations for things that you won't or can't eat, but not many. What fun! Its great to go in a group. But it does get pricey. Before or after, grab a drink on their upstairs patio.
