The Green Café is a unique Lehigh Valley restaurant. Entirely vegetarian, this down-to-earth little restaurant is devoted to "green" living, meaning it's earth-friendly not only in terms of menu but also in terms of recycling and healthy living. The decor is sort of hippie-ish, very minimal, but sometimes featuring works by local artists.
