I rented a storage unit here 3/17/2014

I rented a storage unit here a couple of months ago and it has been great. I'm very happy here. Would not change, period! more

We will always feel safe and sound here. I came to this storage store twice and was welcomed by the managers who gave me great advice on pricing but was also willing to help me store my stuff and recommend the right unit size and type. Who knew there was so much to learn? more

The facility is clean and secure. 1/31/2014

The facility is clean and secure and I feel very comfortable storing our household goods there. After moving what seems like 50 times in the last few years, I hoped I've never have to again. But I did, so I called AAA on Cunningham Rd. These guys made my move back to Urbana the easiest move I've ever endured. more

Good People, Fantastic Service! 1/24/2014

This storage facility is now operated by new owners who are fantastic! When my lease ended and was moving my things out, they were really helpful and nice. The service was A+, and the owners live on site, so it always seemed very safe. I would definitely recommend this place! more

Really unbelievably horrible family runs this place. Parents and a daughter that lie and cheat to get more money out of you. It is odd that they've gotten by this far acting so unprofessional but there is so many people needing storage and not enough space in town during August and May. These people are cheats - only use as a last resort and avoid talking to them if you must use them - don't trust anything they tell you about reserving rooms - they do bait and switch. more

Awful people to deal with 1/22/2008

These people who run this location are very unprofessional.\r They add fees that are more than the law allows for late fees and have the nerve to tell customers that it is normal practice.\r \r These idiots have called me at night and solicited to pay up rent for several months in advance for a nominal discount.\r They lie a lot.\r \r Do not use this company. more
