After using this travel agency in the past and they misspelled my name on tickets making it difficult to return to the States, thought we would give them another try to do things right. Big mistake! Receptionist was rude, agent treated us like second (third) class citizens-very snobbish. Won't ever be back. Wish I could've given "0" stars or better yet "negative" stars. more

Rep had NO personality. Acted like It was a pain to help me. Her pricing was no different than booking it directly with the airline. more

You can probably book travel a bit cheaper if you do it yourself, but if you are one of those that does not have time to take hours and hours on the internet searching for the best prices and the best days to travel, then I recommend this travel agency for your travel needs. They will book your trip with your specifications and get you the best deals that are possible within their reach. I have used them a few times and been very pleased each time. Courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. more

Good Travel Agency 3/28/2006

I want to say that I had a good experience using this travel agency. The travel agent was friendly and helpful. She did a good job booking our trip, and we had a wonderful time. That being said, I think I could have gotten our trip a little cheaper. I know that is not always the case, but it's always good to do some research yourself before "blindly" agreeing to something that sounds good. more
