Unless you want to spend hours and hours trying to sort through their billing, do not go there! They told me that my insurance would pay for stuff I had done and then they billed me for it. When I tried to work it out, they wouldn't call me back. Peggy in the office is particularly incompetent. She didn't send in the right x-rays to my insurance agency so insurance delayed payment, and Dunwoody Dental Group billed me for finance and administration charges for those months. Her manager, Theresa, said she would work things out and said she agreed that we should not have been charged for some of the things that we were charged for, but she did not do anything. Now we have a bill that they are threatening to send to collections for items that we shouldn't have to pay for! Please don't go there - I am sorry I ever went there!
Pros: They were close to me - next time I'll drive further!
Cons: Bill incorrectly, false promises, lack of response from office staff, don't go there!
