My worse experience with a dental office... the service is too bad.. I never have the opportunity to talk with the dentist, she just take a look of my X-rays and then the assistant give me the estimated about all the procedures she needs to do... hey.. we are talking about $8,000 and the Dentist don't have the time to explain me with details why?!... In top of this... they send me an invoice to pay for the X-rays because my insurance has not coverage... What the hell!! So, they do the X-rays they want to do.. (obviously which are not coverage by my insurance) and don't asked me before if I can pay or if I want to continue with the services... I don't reccommend this dental office at all... \r more

My children go to the Brandon office( have for past 2 years) and no problem until they changed dentist now for both my children I am having billing issues. They told me the analgesic is not a covered cost for my daughter to use for her filling and its $99. I paid it. Noticed on my dental EOB they didn't even submit the claim to my dental insurance for it to be denied, after calling my insurance, turns out it is covered cost, in fact at 100%. Still waiting on my refund (3 months). So the next month my son has his check up and amazing he needs 2 fillings and I had to prove to them my kids insurance would pay for the gas so I wouldn't have to pre-pay. They let it slide but am still getting bills for this visit, even though my son's insurance paid again at 100%. So not sure what I was thinking I scheduled a new pt exam/cleaning for myself (I do not have insurance)..What a scam. I am 29 and have routine cleanings and no previous mouth/gum/teeth problems. So now I need 3 fillings and 4 crowns. Also said I ""might"" need route canal but would have to schedule appt with endo to find out and pay another fee to come back for my cleaning. So for $84 all i got was xrays... no one touched my teeth. So after reviewing my xrays they came up with my treatment plan as above and grand total: $7,700. Come on. I went to great teeth to this. Do i have the word Sucker written on my forhead??? Now I question if my kids really had cavities in the first place. Went to their Riverview office for filling, my lip was severed in the process and no one provided a reasonable explanation of what happened. I still can't use the side of my mouth where the filling procedure was done because I am experiencing pain. This visit was a total waste of money, and my dental problems have beed exacerbated. I would never go back to this place. i am sooo sorry that I ignored the previous reviews, I was just hoping that my experience would be more pleasant, turned out to be my worst dental nightmare. more
