Great Expressions Dental Center

This place is just about as good as it gets for going to the dentist. Everyone is extremely friendly and it has a really cool vibe. My teeth are generally in pretty good shape so I don't need a lot of serious work done ever, but the standard cleaning went great and I set my next appointment and they were able to work around my shcedule. Awesome place and i will be back! more

My children and I have been patients of Cockrell Hill Dental for several years. There are numerous dental offices closer to home, but I've chosen CHD because of the care that my children and I receive at this office. My daughter is terrified of the dentist, but the staff at this office has done an amazing job in working with her. Although we are sometimes seem by different dentists and dental assistants the service is always the same, excellent. The office staff is also superb. In particular, Erica, the office manager, is a resourceful tool when dealing with my insurance questions and concerns. She is extremely knowledgable and helpful. All in all, I would highly recommend Cockrell Hill Dental to anyone that is looking for a new dental provider. more

they told me they reduce the root canal treatment &crown by 20% if patient is uninsured after the treatment was done they charge me 1200 $ if i dont pay which cost more than some other places i ask what happen to the 20% discount she asid she reduce it already yet on the phone she said rc cost $500 crown 700$. what a buncha liar the fat white mex on the r ight is arika she is extremely rude the other girl and her tried to solicit me to do deep cleaning i didnt even need b careful do a payment plan never pay them all ur money b4 all the treatment are done cuz they dont redo or give refund even if u call jasmine at corporate terrible hood terrible dental place come a t ur own risk me friends ppl praising this place is so naive more

I have been a patient her for the past 2 years and let me tell you I will not be going to another dentist anytime soon. They are always welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. The thing that I really like about this place is that it is very affordable!!! They are willing to work with you and not take your $$$.....Me and my family will continue to give them our business... If your looking for an affordable dentist that does decent work then you definitely want to choose this office. I had been calling everywhere for an appointment because I was in major pain. This office was the only one who could get me in right away. The girl who answered was very friendly & even offered to charge me just $25 for my exam & x-rays because I told her I didn't have a whole lot of money. When I got to the office, I filled out my paper work & was called to the back almost immediately after turning it into the front. The assistant took my x-rays & the doctor came in shortly after to take a look. She explained what I needed & told me that the front desk lady would be in to explain the cost. I explained my money situation to her & she assured me that I would be taken care of. And she did just that. I was able to save my tooth without extracting it & the lady put me on a payment plan that didn't hurt my wallet. I love the way I was treated so I had my wife transfer my kids there. It's funny because we sometimes see one of the girls at various stores & she always remembers me & my kids. And always asks how were doing & if we have appointments. No one has ever remembered me from my doctors offices. Looks like we found a dentist for life. more

I was referred to this dentist through a friend & I thank my friend all the time for sending me there. I am very scared of dentists but Dr. Khassa & her entire staff made me feel like family. From the moment I called, the receptionist quickly verified my insurance & called me within 15 minutes to let me know how my coverage worked. I was scheduled within that same week which really surprised me because most dentist offices have a long wait. more

I love taking my children to this dentist! They always treat my children with respect and do a great job with their teeth!!! There is never a ""forever"""" wait, they are professional and very nice. I was explained every procedure that was being performed and why. My boys never want to go to the dentist, but since I've brought them here they love coming :) The Dentist even waited past her time to leave for my son because he was in school taking the TAKS test, I really appreciated that because she didn't have to do that!!!! more

they need new equipment, the filling they did for me last year fell of i have to go to another im so piss dr have it done again they shud have reshape it ppl here are kinda fake nice at that time dont know about now. if u go here expect a little disappointment very classless place in a classless crime ridden area more

im from north dallas due to messy economy i go to these southern neighborhood to do less expensive dental work . unfortunately i got what i pay for my filling broke within 4 months i believe u get what u pay for cheap ghetto trash hood and classless rude hood rat receptionist tehy also try to persuade me doing deep cleaning very expensive and i guess very hurtful i decline and got second opinion they said it was irrelevant to all my white friend avoi these india and black dr ok. customer personal opinion more

You people are CRAZY! No one at that office is hood, ghetto, fat or rude! The staff works very hard in helping their patients complete their treatment. They give discounts & even allow you to pay in payments. They get you in same day & even start treatment. Yes you may wait but what do you expect when you didn't have an appointment. I think y'all are a bunch of idiots with personal issues. I too needed a deep cleaning but it was no where near $1000 or $1500. I was told it normally cost $740 without insurance but because I had insurance, I only had to pay $125 & that's including my deductible. You people really need to get lives & stop attacking the people who work there. Those doctors are great and very kind. Further more, learn how to spell & speak proper English before you go & call someone minority or ghetto! more

I have had 2 bad experiece with them. (1)They pulled the wrong tooth, after I cried he said we can do a bridge and I could just pay half.. He said I thought that was the tooth you were talking about.. OMG.. They don't cover your face, they let everything coming out your mouth enter your eyes, not professional at all.. Open area, you can hear the other patients results. They need to upgrade the equipment. (2) they gave me amoxicillin to take 4 times daily, 500 mg... I only weigh 100 pounds, that was to much medicine for me to take. They really need to do better. If you do go, good luck! more

From the moment that I walked in the door nothing went accoring to plan, the office was running behind so I had to stand and wait since there was not adequate seating. The dental assistant was friendly but she was the only one there that was. The receptionist was completely rude, not to mention tried to charge me $40 more than I was supposed to pay. I called my insurance company to comfirm and once the correct co-pay was verifed the treatment just got worse from there, The dentist was completely unfriendly and had no compassion what so ever. He was rough when he pulled the tooth (which by the way I felt every thing, hurt like the dickens. My mouth is totally sore today.) He gave me no after care instructions just pulled my tooth threw his intruments on the tray and walked out. The reception was extremely rude collecting my payment and pretty much threw my paperwork out to me thru the window. I have contacted my Insurance company and have already requested to change dental offices.... these people will not ever get one red cent from me again. more

This is a great dental office. I was very nervous about getting a deap cleaning and they were very considerate towards my being comfortable. I was surprisingly very relaxed and didn't feel a thing. The Dr was very thorough with what was going to be done and the staff was very nice. They made me feel right at ease with no wait time.
