Worst Haircut !!! 3/22/2011

Good: Empty store, no wonder why !!!. Bad: Unprofessional employees !!!. Improvements: Find more professional people !!!. Other: I had a haircut (if you can call it a haircut) on 03/22/2011 by Kalyn, and now I look like a total IDIOT !!! After I left for Kalyn 28% tip of what I paid for haircut, I went home and I found out that I need to miss my meeting tomorrow because I do not want the people there to be laughing at the way how my hair looks. Saving money doesnt always make you look smart 12/19/2009

Terrible. We have small children and were looking for an inexpensive place to get their hair cut. The first time I took my 3 yr old daughter she came back looking like Jim Carey in Dumb and Dumber. The lady just kept hacking away at her bangs, they did nearly the same thing with my 1 year old. I resolved not to go back but unfortunately today I was in a hurry and had a coupon. Big mistake, I got a different stylist and thought that it would make a difference. I was wrong. Saving $2 wont put hair back on your head. more

Great for a quick clip 1/27/2006

If you're in a hurry or just need a quick trim, Great Clips in Darien is a sure bet. There's very little atmosphere, but if you're like me, you want to get in and get out. Located in the Walmart/Home Depot plaza, it's easy to find and hardly ever has a wait. They accept coupons, and my last haircut ended up being $6. The stylists are very professional, and my particular stylist was friendly and considerate. I'd suggest this Great Clips if you've never tried one before. Just remember, tell them exactly what you want done. They pride themselves on speed and efficiency, not creativity. more
