I read the review from Jennifer and couldn't believe that she and I went to the same office, Dr. Joseph Gray Ms DDS. I hope that she is not confused with some other orthodontist. I visited his office last week and totally impressed by the settings. I agree that it's very modern and beautiful. I thought to myself that the orthodontist must really care about the patients and he probably try to make his office feel like a luxury and comfortable place. The waiting room is spacious with many amenities like a five star hotels. They even offer free coffee, beverages and other good stuff. At that point, I was totally impressed. After completed the new patient information, I was given a tour of the rest of the office, including his other fancy equipment. I was finally seen by Dr. Gray. He's pleasant and told me that I needed braces for two years. And then... I almost couldn't believe what I heard when his coordinatoor told me that it costs almost $7,000 for the treatment. My kids needed braces. After going to several orthodontic offices, I became wary of being treated like cattle, $$, or other. I stopped into Dr. Joe Gray's office in Upland, CA - and could not believe my eyes. This place is fantastic. Their staff are courteous, their payment options are very reasonable (also offer outside financing through CapitalOne), and they are 100% dedicated to their work - creating better and healthier smiles. They even have an online account system where you can view everything to your account information, billing/payment options, appointment schedules, and photos of x-rays and progress shots (my kids' favorites!) My children are both patients there now - looking at 18 months each - and are very happy with the service. They even have a token system for the patients - extra token given for wearing a "Dr. Gray's Smiles" t-shirt on the day of appointment! There are many options out there for orthodontic care - but if you want the very BEST for yourself and/or your kids - you've got to give them a try. more
