I went this Saturday to check it out. I was pleased at the offerings. Much smaller than Native sun but a perfect fit for the neighborhood. I don't need to leave my 5 miles radius now to hit a grocery store, produce market, organic food store and fish market. This is very pleasing to me! Publix has gotten better at carrying organic products so I would save Grassroots for all the special stuff you can't find anywhere. I noticed the products they had the same as publix were more expensive. So in the effort of frugality I would have to get them there. There were a lot of things had not seen anywhere else. A large frozen section full of many products, a huge beverage cooler, a large organic produce section, a whole aisle of hair care/ burts bees and good stuff. They have some great direct mail coupons circulating right now. Oh there was a very impressive cheese/ olive counter. I tried some of the tasty bite spinach dal with lentils and it was tasty. In summary I can't afford to get everythig here but I will certainly stop in on my shopping trips. It is a nice place I'd love to see stick around.
