new person in service. I gave him a coupon and he still tried to charge me full price. Then he tried to give me the wrong keys. Also the printout for my sticker was on the front seat and not for my car. I guess they were having an off day. Usually top notch service. more

What customer service means ! 3/20/2014

Spectacular Service 5 stars is not enough They were very accommodating with scheduling. Accurate estimates of cost and time to complete the work. Gave me a ride to the gym and picked me up an hour later. Wow ! Now, this is Service and what service should be. Thank you Scott and Somersworth Hyundai . more

The service Techs are very attentive as far as keeping a good line of comunication open, when discussing the options and choices of service, taking into consideration, financial limitations, as well as ,service and repair time frames and convienance of scheduling that aims to suit the customer. Very nice! more
