Max had the best treatment a dying dog could have. 4/25/2012

My mini-schnauzer was given the most loving treatment at his worst hour. Dr Robbins was referred to me and it was the best decision I could have made. Debbie and staff took the utmost best care and true consideration for my dying dog. Max was treated so well I could not have asked for more for my animal. The facility was top notch, warm and clean. He was not scared, and was treated like family. I have never met people who would take the time for someone they had never met and treat my pet as if it were thier own. I know in my heart Max could not have had the care that he received there anywhere else. I believe these are some of the most gracious people to do what they do for animals and humans. They were honest! more

Completely Unsatisfactory! 4/14/2010

I have 4 German Shepherds. I took my 2 y/o to Grandview Animal Hosp. because she would not eat or drink. She was vomiting and having diarrhea which was black. All of the others were displaying the same symptoms. Dr Robbins done an initial exam and said her abs were swelling and x-rays would be needed. I returned later that day for x-rays and it did show it to be swollen. He kept telling me she had swallowed something and it was causing a blockage. But that did not account for the other puppies displaying the same problems. Did he actually expect me to believe they all swallowed something at the exact same time? I took her 3 more times and all but begged him to do blood work or a parvo test, to which he basically refused to do. He repeatedly told me it was NOT parvo, so there was no point in testing. But if I wanted to bring another dog in (pay for another office visit, etc) he would test that one. His suggestion was surgery would be the only thing that would save my dogs life. more

Love Dr. Robbins 12/7/2009

I have six animals and am in there a lot. Dr. Robbins and his staff have always been knowledgeable, kind, and patient, and have always taken any extra time I need to listen to my concerns. I put my trust completely in Dr. Robbins. Its a beautiful new building, very easy to find, and always meticulously clean (I get the feeling it would be even if it weren't new). They provide you with a warm and homey atmosphere that makes you feel like family. I would, and do, recommend Grandview to anyone who is particular about where they take their pets. more

Grandview Animal Hospital - Excellent Vet & Staff 1/28/2008

I started going to Grandview Animal Hospital when they were located in Pfafftown and continue to now that they have moved. Dr. Robbins has always been helpful, kind and patient with all of our pets. The staff has been accomodating and friendly. I appreciate all that they have done for our pets and will continue to recommend them to friends and family. more

Best Vet Around 12/10/2007

Dr. Robbins and his staff have been our vet since we got our first dog 7 years ago. I was a first time dog owner and he showed a lot of patience with all my questions. Over the years I have suggested him to many friends and family, and all love him. We lost our Bischon Frise last December and I will never forget all Dr. Robbin's kindness and hard work in identifiying the rare disorder that took her life. He and his staff went way beyond the call of duty, showing how much they care about their patients. I have no problem traveling a few extra miles down the road to his new state of the art facility. more
