The most amazing experience EVER! 6/23/2009

I love spas and I love pampering my self. From the moment I called the grand spa the level of customer service was amazing. I think I talked to a manager because she said she had worked there for a long time, (any how she had really awesome funky red hair ) She was informative and willing to answer any questions. When I walked in the doors I was greeted and literally it was an instant relaxation feeling and mood, just what I needed! I had a massage just last night by Renee and let me tell you he was amazing, in my book the best massage I have ever had. I just do believe I have found my permanent massage therapist. No more jumping from spa to spa! I am looking forward to trying other services! more

HANDS ON MANAGEMENT THAT REALLY CARES! NEW OWNERSHIP SHOWS IN DETAILS! 5/10/2007

I flew into Dallas for a weekend and researched the spas before I arrived. The best mix of products I was looking for were all at the Grand Spa! I had a perfect day with an ionithermie treatment (only found 60 places nationwide), a delicious massage and great hair analysis, repair, cut and style with Tre! The manager checked on me personally and wanted real input, not just the good stuff! I live in Wyoming and can't wait to return. When I do it is the only place I will go! Pros: Atmosphere, the different areas and people working together getting you from one treatment to another more

Great Service, Relaxing Atmosphere, Knowledgeable Staff 1/4/2007

I went to Grand Spa for a stress break. I scheduled a facial, and decided to get my hair cut while I was there. I have a regular hairstylist, and am very picky about my hair. So I was thinking that I might have been a bit rash in making the quick decision to get it cut at Grand Spa. However, I was SO PLEASANTLY suprised. Erik did a GREAT job, and made me feel at ease. I left with a great cut, and a refreshed attitude. My facial was great too. I just got the basic European one, but my individual skin needs were addressed, and it was extra relaxing with the included hand treatment and mini neck massage. I think everyone should treat themselves to a break every now and then. Now when I need one, I know just where to go. Pros: Attentive Staff, Relaxing Atmosphere Cons: Valet Parking would be a great touch more

The best in Texas!!! 4/17/2006

I have been a client of The Grand Spa for 3 years now and i just love it! The staff is very friendly and greet you immediately once you enter the door. The atmosphere is very cozy and relaxing and makes you feel right at home. The service providers have always been on time and always are kind enough to offer you a beverage or see if you need anything. This place is like a vacation away from home. I couldn't imagine going to any other spa but the Grand Spa! To a "greatstylist", one question: why such a great stylist looking for a job anyway? :) Pros: Good Service, Relaxing, Inexpensive more

My name is Alexsandra and this was my first experience at a big spa. I honestly enjoyed it. Everything about it was pleasant. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and cheery. I spoiled myself with the Raindrop Massage. It was very soothing. It rejuvenated my whole body. I felt like a NEW ME!. You guys should honestly try it. I also booked myself the European Facial, wow did my skin need that. It was a great cleansing experience. My face was glowing. I cant wait to get a gift certificate from this place, so I can make it my relaxation get-away. Pros: Up-Scale Spa, Smiling Faces , Wonderful prices more

I LOVED it!!! 1/24/2006

I have been to several spas at dallas and out of texas and the The Grand Spa does meet its expectations. The Receptionists was so very helpful when I called to book my appointment. Thy broke everythign down for me and took the time to get more than enough information for me. I felt bad keeping her on the phone for so long but she anwered every question and concern that I had. When i went in for my appointment, i was greeted wonderfully and i can not say how wonderful my services were!! I was not pressured into buying anything but after the great day, i went ahead and bought a couple of things to remind me of my day. Everything was quite punctual, I did not miss my doctors apointment that afternoon and I enjoyed my time. I will definetaly be visiting the Grand spa again!! Pros: friendly, helpful, great specials!! Cons: don't do house calls more

RUDE. ANY QUESTIONS??? 9/14/2005

I went in this salon/spa to apply for a stylist position. No one spoke to me at all, they all just starred as if I had fallen out of the roof and ito their waiting area. I proceeded because I thought maybe they were just all sleepy or something, when I left, I called management from my cell and told them to destroy my application. The staff was rude and I did not want that reputation to fall on me as well. She then tried to hire me for a position and I told her all the money in the world would not make me work for them. I am a Great Stylist with a great attitude and for all of you who want to be treated with respect and get your money's worth, You may email me at E_SHAM1130@YAHOO.COM, No one wanting to be serviced should be treated like crap! Pros: nice layout, pretty colors, smells good Cons: mean people , ugly attitudes, bad for business more

Rude Staff/Unpleasant experience 5/13/2005

I went to this spa to get away for the day from the stress of life and ended up leaving with more stress. When I wasn't happy about a supposed Endermologie treatment, which was just a glorified jacuzzi tub highly touted to help with cellulite and firm skin mind you, the manager refused to refund my money after I asked him nicely. He proceeded to be confrontational with me in front of other staff and clients. Just a very rude man and a very unpleasant experience. He wasn't willing to listen to what I had explained about my experience.. only wanted to lecture and talk down to me. Not a good place to relax. Besides that, the floors were dirty and the pedicure chair very uncomfortable - not able to lean back at all. Pros: nice massage therapis Cons: rude staff, dirty bathroom, uncomftble pedi chair more
