Assisted Living Concepts, Inc. (“ALC”) and its subsidiaries operate more than 200 senior living residences with capacity for more than 9,000 residents in 20 states. These senior living communities typically consist of 40 to 60 units and offer residents a supportive, home-like setting and assistance with activities of daily living or opportunities to work with home health agencies. ALC employs approximately 4,100 people.

Daily assistance with activities,such as medication,bathing or dressing,can be customized for residents in our assisted living and personal care home communities. Our staff strives to anticipate each resident's needs and preferences based on assessments. In our senior living residences,we work with outside home health agencies to provide in-house medical assistance if needed.
