My wife contacted them several times and yet they never reported to OK Credit Reporting that our bill was paid in full, and she is still trying to no avail.

Got their service in November, I paid thtru the end of march is what the lady on the phone told me, I just got a letter in the mail saying that I am overdue on my balance by $36. more

They forget to pick up your garbage and even when you call them to tell them ,they will say we will contact the driver still not picked up. more

Doesn't report a bill paid in full to OK Credit reporting after paid. Mine is still there from 2002 and was paid. Service is fine, but make sure your bill is paid on time. That's just wrong! 8/18/2007
