grafax has awesome service, and i appreciate their fast service, possibly misconstrued as rudeness, but, with the amount of work that they do for a small company is amazing, and they do price matching, so the other review I saw... you obviously did not try very hard, or even give them a chance, everyone has bad days!! more

Rude Service 6/24/2010

I felt very rushed by the girls working at Grafax and the owner Lauren is very rude, I DO NOT RECOMMEND GRAFAX! Go to Staples or Kinkos where you will pay less and be treated with respect. more

Very expensive 7/25/2005

I work with print companies a lot, and found Grafax to be VERY expensive for some of their services. Kiknos does a great job, and much much cheaper. It is conveniently located for anyone in this area, but I'm not sure their prices are enough to not pay the gas to go some place else. I have received several price quotes on projects and they are almost double the price that I get from other print companies. I have never used them so I can't comment on their quality. more

Grafax of Ayer is the only place I go to get professional looking printing services. They come up with the most amazing designs and make me look like I’m working harder than I actually do! I owe my promotion to the work that they did on my presentations. They are fast at their job too. more
